From 4 to 6 April 2025, Sinaia, Romania, becomes the Balkan region’s hotspot for young leaders, entrepreneurs and civic movers‑and‑shakers. Hosted by JCI Bucharest, the eighth Balkan Conference gathers changemakers from Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Serbia, Croatia, Moldova — and, yes, Ukraine.
